* Customers who purchased SpotStudio after 25th July 2007 should find that their dongle is already pre-licensed for SpotStudio version 3.5. These users should run Gallery Software Update to download the SpotStudio 3.5 software.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

This SpotStudio 3.5 UPGRADE is only available to users who currently own SpotStudio. The upgrade takes the form of an electronic license delivery to update your existing SpotStudio dongle. Version 3.5 is a Universal Binary to run natively on PPC or Intel based Macs. You will need to update the dongle driver in order to use the new version, full details of this are included with the upgrade.

The information provided above (ie. Dongle Serial Number) must be entered correctly, since it will need to match up to the information embedded in the dongle, and in the Gallery registration database. If you enter this information incorrectly, the upgrade process will fail. If in doubt, contact Gallery - upgrades@gallery.co.uk

- SpotStudio 3.5 officially supports Mac OSX 10.4.7 (and later) only. Earlier versions of Mac OSX may work but Gallery may be unable to provide support for older configurations.

IMPORTANT: SpotStudio 3.5 supports Pro Tools versions - 6.4 to 7.04 on PPC and versions 7.3.1cs4 and Later on Intel. Pro Tools Versions *between* 7.04 and 7.3.1cs4 are NOT compatible with SpotStudio due to a bug in Pro Tools.
