This VirtualVTR PRO UPGRADE is only available to users who currently own VirtualVTR. It requires an existing VirtualVTR Standard License on a Gallery USB Dongle. Users wishing to upgrade from Floppy disk based OS9 VirtualVTR to VirtualVTR Pro in one step should contact upgrades@gallery.co.uk

Delivery is via an electronic document to upgrade the users existing VirtualVTR Dongle license to VirtualVTR Pro, and then the user can download the latest VirtualVTR Pro software using Gallery Software Update.

VirtualVTR Pro requires OSX. However the VirtualVTR Pro license key will also work in OS9 to allow use of the discontinued OS9 *standard* version of VirtualVTR if required.

NOTE: The Price of the VirtualVTR Pro upgrade is based on the difference in retail costs of VirtualVTR Standard and Pro in the 3 main currency zones. Due to differences in pricing of the standard version, the upgrade pricing is not equivalent in the 3 currencies. When calculating your cost, it is strictly based on your location. USA and Canada pay the US$ price, countries where the Euro is the national currency use the Euro price (plus 17.5% UK VAT if a valid European VAT number is NOT provided), UK uses the pounds sterling plus 17.5% VAT price and all other countries use the UK pounds sterling price (no VAT). There are no exceptions to the zone pricing policy.
