*Customers who purchased VirtualVTR Pro after 1st August 2006 should find that their dongle is already pre-licensed for VirtualVTR Pro version 6.5. These users should run Gallery Software Update to download the VirtualVTR Pro 6.5 software. If you find that your dongle is not licensed for VirtualVTR Pro 6.5, then please follow the free upgrade procedure shown below.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

This VirtualVTR Pro 6.5 UPGRADE is only available to users who currently own VirtualVTR Pro. The upgrade takes the form of an electronic license delivery to update your existing VirtualVTR Pro dongle. Version 6.5 is a Universal Binary to run natively on PPC or Intel based Macs. You will need to update the dongle driver in order to use the new version, full details of this are included with the upgrade.

This Upgrade is NOT available to owners of the Standard version of VirtualVTR.

- The information provided above (ie. Dongle Serial Number) must be entered correctly, since it will need to match up to the information embedded in the dongle, and in the Gallery registration database. - VirtualVTR Pro 6.5 officially supports Mac OSX 10.4.7 (and later) only. Earlier versions of Mac OSX may work but Gallery may be unable to provide support for older configurations.
