* Customers who purchased VirtualVTR after 1st August 2006 should find that their dongle is already pre-licensed for VirtualVTR version 6.5. These users should run Gallery Software Update to download the VirtualVTR 6.5 software. If you find that your dongle is not licensed for VirtualVTR 6.5, then please contact us

IMPORTANT NOTES:

This VirtualVTR 6.5 UPGRADE is only available to users who currently own VirtualVTR. The upgrade takes the form of an electronic license delivery to update your existing VirtualVTR dongle. Version 6.5 is a Universal Binary to run natively on PPC or Intel based Macs. You will need to update the dongle driver in order to use the new version, full details of this are included with the upgrade.

This Upgrade is NOT for owners of the PRO version of VirtualVTR.

- The information provided above (ie. Dongle Serial Number) must be entered correctly, since it will need to match up to the information embedded in the dongle, and in the Gallery registration database. - VirtualVTR 6.5 officially supports Mac OSX 10.4.7 (and later) only. Earlier versions of Mac OSX may work but Gallery may be unable to provide support for older configurations.
