Metacorder has several modes where it can be controlled by Midi messages. Metacorder automatically listens to ALL midi inputs, so there is no need to setup the midi input. Select from the Transport Control pop up menu to enable one of the Midi control modes.

MMC Mode Functions

MMC Record - initiate recording
MMC Pause - standby mode (stop recording)

Yamaha 01x Mode Functions

01x Buttons:
Record - initiate recording - recording confirmed with LED above button
Stop - standby mode - stop recording
Play - review last recording - confirmed with LED above button
Write - activate slate - confirmed with LED above marker button
Cursor Up - increment Active Metadata Take (next metadata with shift)
Cursor Down - decrement Active Metadata Take (next metadata with shift)
Cursor Left - decrement Active Metadata Scene/Slate (next metadata with shift)
Cursor Right - increment Active Metadata Scene/Slate (next metadata with shift)
F1 - F8 - toggle track arm for channels 1-8 (toggle SOLO with shift)
Edit - tab through setup panels

01x LEDS:
Record - recording in progress
Play - review / playback in progress
Zoom - indicates audio overload - clip
Marker - indicates Slating active
Edit - primary media writing
Loop - secondary media writing
Undo - mirror media writing
Save - CD/DVD Burning in progress
