Customers who purchased PictureReady after 1st August 2006 should find that their dongle is already pre-licensed for PictureReady version 2.5. These users should run Gallery Software Update to download the PictureReady 2.5 software. If you find that your dongle is not licensed for PictureReady 2.5, then please contact us.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

This PictureReady 2.5 UPGRADE is only available to users who currently own PictureReady. The upgrade takes the form of an electronic license delivery to update your existing PictureReady dongle. Version 2.5 is a Universal Binary to run natively on PPC or Intel based Macs. You will need to update the dongle driver in order to use the new version, full details of this are included with the upgrade.

- The information provided above (ie. Dongle Serial Number) must be entered correctly, since it will need to match up to the information embedded in the dongle, and in the Gallery registration database. If you enter this information incorrectly, the upgrade process will fail. If in doubt, contact Gallery - upgrades@gallery.co.uk

- PictureReady 2.5 officially supports Mac OSX 10.4.7 (and later) only. Earlier versions of Mac OSX may work but Gallery may be unable to provide support for older configurations.
