Most Gallery products use a green HASP USB dongle for licensing. If your software prompts you to insert the dongle, or it launches then closes immediately you may need to update the dongle driver.

FAST TRACK TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Email is the quickest and most efficient route for technical support. Most emails will usually be answered within a few hours, often even on weekends and holidays. Email support is usually active between 12 midday and 12 midnight Greenwich Mean Time. Emails sent outside of these hours may take a little longer for a response. Gallery software product updates can be accessed via the Gallery Software Update Engine which will scan your dongle for licenses then list a page for each product where you can see the latest version and download an update if appropriate.
